Manchester City vs Bournemouth

This should be a formality for Manchester City, who are currently averaging 3.11 goals per game and majestically sweeping all-comers aside. Currently on a record run of 16 straight Premier League (PL) wins, this will be only the twelfth time that City have faced Bournemouth, having never lost any encounter with the Dorset club.

On both occasions Bournemouth have visited the Etihad Stadium as a PL club, they have conceded over 3.5 goals and lost by a four-goal margin. Current form suggests the same outcome for this clash.

City manager Pep Guardiola saw his side run out 4-0 victors at Swansea in their last league outing. The apparent reason for City’s 11-point lead over Manchester United lies within Guardiola’s superior charisma to Jose Mourinho, according to UK Sport’s Phil Johnson.

As reported by the Express, he said: He (Guardiola) has this great charisma, and charisma isn’t something you can manufacture. Mourinho has lost his natural charisma and he’s trying to manufacture it.
