fC Barcelona youth player Sergio Gomez has joined Borussia Dortmund.
The 17-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Spanish football, has signed a what was only disclosed as a “long-term contract” with the Yellow-Blacks, becoming their second January acquisition following the arrival of Swiss defender Manuel Akanji.
Gomez will initially link up with BVB’s Under-19 side before making the step up to the Borussia first team on 1 July 2019.
