Four years ago today, Jérôme Boateng had his most famous moment in the Champions League for all of the wrong reasons after Lionel Messi absolutely ruined him.
During the first leg of Barcelona’s 2015 semi-final clash with Bayern Munich at the Camp Nou, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner scored a brace in their 3-0 victory.
However, Messi’s second goal left Boateng on his backside after the Argentine ace twisted and turned past him with some brilliant dribbling.
