Leicester came through a tough test against Southampton on Saturday, where the Foxes 2-0 win pushed their unbeaten run in the Premier League to five games.
The Blues toiled for long periods against their 10-man hosts, and it took a 78th minute Mason Mount effort to eventually break the deadlock.
Lampard’s side played with the nervousness of a team in a bit of a rut at Craven Cottage, though Timo Werner’s lame finishing the final 15 minutes did little to ease their jitters.
