The French manager used a mixed lineup in the first leg at Butarque where Los Blancos have been struggling badly to break the deadlock and create in the final third at all. At the end it was Marco Ssensio who made the difference and helped Real Madrid gain at least some sort of advantage ahead of this rematch at Santiago Bernabeu.
Nonetheless, it is all but a closed tie since Leganes can be dangerous in the final third, particularly if they are underestimated. The Legionaries may have lost three and drawn one in last four games in all competitions, but such results came as a consequence of a very tough schedule and we would not be surprised to see them find the net this Wednesday at Bernabeu.
