In case you haven’t noticed, the Democrat Party is being taken over by left-wing extremists. Commies and socialists are winning elections right and left under the false banner of ‘democracy,’ and I’ll just break the bad news now: This is only the beginning.
Once commies and socialists gain a foothold via a major political party, their message of stealing from those who have to give to those who don’t have resonates among a very large portion of the populace. Jealously is a powerful emotion, and commie socialists use it effectively. The only problem with trying this in the U.S. is that people are still free to vote with their feet. Those who refuse to work their tails off only to see the fruits of their labor stolen and redistributed to people who haven’t earned a thing will move.
We’ve seen that happening in real time. Deep blue commie bastions like California and New York have been losing population and business for years. But rather than learn the lesson that commie/socialism is a cancer on society, they’ve doubled and tripled down. The end result will be the same as everywhere else commie/socialism has been tried the world over. The only unknown is how many lives will be ruined before the ‘great awakening.’
Having said all that, there’s a commie socialist running for mayor of Washington, D.C. – Janeese Lewis George. And to his credit, President Trump – after spending lots of money and resources cleaning up D.C. and dramatically reducing crime – is refusing to just let her destroy the nation’s capital should she win today’s primary:
Maybe we take back Washington and run it on a federal basis! We WON’T put up with it! We’re not gonna lose our businesses…we have a thriving community, we got rid of crime.
Lewis George complained, “Threatening Home Rule because you do not like how residents vote is an attack on democracy itself.”
Uh, no, Janeese, socialism and communism are an attack on democracy. You only care about ‘democracy’ as the process to get you elected. After that, because of your garbage political ideology, you will use the power of government to deprive people of their rights and wealth. That’s the commie/socialist modus operandi.
Also, the Constitution gives the federal government more authority run D.C. than D.C. residents. If you don’t like that arrangement, maybe you should choose another city to ruin. Our president isn’t simply going to let you turn our nation’s capital into Mogadishu.
