Cardiff City have endured a difficult first year back in the Premier League but they do have a chance of avoiding relegation as we go into the final few games of the campaign. The Bluebirds have only spent one season in the top tier previous to this and they were relegated in that season, so they’ll be keen to avoid that same fate this time around, although they do sit in the bottom three with just four games remaining.
Liverpool are in with a real chance of winning the Premier League title for the first time this season. The Merseysiders have been in a two-horse race with Manchester City for the trophy this season and as the campaign draws to a fascinating close that is still very much the case. With four games remaining the Reds sit top of the table, two points clear of the Citizens, although the second-placed side do have a game in hand as things stand.

As they continue to fight for silverware in the Champions League as well, Jurgen Klopp’s men may be wary of burning out in these final stages of the campaign but they’ll feel they have enough quality in the tank to win all of their remaining games and pile the pressure on Pep Guardiola and his side.
